James is a Boise native, and graduate of Boise State University’s Theater Arts Acting and Directing Program. James’s
Repertory Theater credits include: Vintner in Henry IV Part I, Peter Bullcalf in Henry IV Part II, 1st Gentleman/Dick
Wilkins in A Christmas Carol, William in As You Like It, Cimber/Titinius in Julius Caesar, and Balthasar in Much Ado About
Nothing, at The Idaho Shakespeare Festival. Nicely Nicely Johnson in Guys & Dolls and Paul Sycamore in You Can’t Take It
With You at The Grand Teton Mainstage in Jacksonhole Wy. James’s regional credits also include: Burke in Apple Seed John
with Idaho Theater for Youth, A Guest artist in Boise State’s production of Damn Yankees, Camillo in The Winter’s Tale, Herr
Shultz in Cabaret, Junius Booth Sr. in Two Booths and a Lincoln, and Pseudolus in A Funny Thing Happened on The Way to the
Forum. Most recently, James appeared in The New Heritage Theatre Company’s World Premiere of Avatara as Peter Steadman and
also as The Heavy Breathing Delivery Man in Barefoot in the Park. James has also had the opportunity to tour across the
great state of Idaho Performing in: Working and Lysastrata, as well as conducting theater workshops with rural communities
and young people in Idaho. |
